ORDERING
The items are ordered based on first ordered, first paid for, first get. The items will NOT be removed from the catalog and will be available to others until it is paid for.
If you are paying via Money Order, I will hold your order for up to a week. If you require more time due to financial situations, please let me know.
For orders unpaid (if checked PAYPAL as payment method), the order will be cancelled after 3 days.
SHIPPING (Domestic and International):
The shopping cart has been set to add the weight per item and quote a shipping fee at check out. The quote generated is MEDIA MAIL RATE (4-7 working days). Delivery Confirmation is included: the numbers will be emailed to you after shipment.
If you would like the item to be shipped at Priority Rate - up to 5 (with each book under 30 page count) doujinshi can fit in a flat rate envelope of $4.90. Up to 15 doujinshi can fit in a flat rate box of $9.50. Delivery Confirmation is included.
International buyers of (France, Canada, UK, Italy, Germany, Australia) Air Parcel Post Rate for your order SHOULD be generated after you fill in your shipping information. If you are not in the above listed countries or have "0" in the shipping quote, please wait until I regenerate a quote for you. I will ship to most international location - the above listed had been where most of my customers had ordered from.
You can also estimate your postage fee by adding the weight of the ordered items and check http://ircalc.usps.gov/ for the rates and shipping methods available.
POSTAGE MATRIX: The shopping cart system used on eCarter utilizes a matrix which estimates the postage per pound and bills it to you at check out accordingly. IE - if an item is less than 1 lb, it will default to the cost of the shipment up to 1 lb. Each item's weight is entered individually and at the shopping cart, added together to draw out a final shipping fee. 1.3 lb = 2 lb postage will be quoted. This matrix has a high precentage of estimation accuracy, although it is not 100%. I did not equate packaging into the matrix so the parcel would be slightly heavier.
In cases where the postage you paid is significantly over, I will credit or refund you the difference. I do not make money from postage due.
PAYMENT:
US buyers: Please prepay with Paypal, money order, or cashier's check. Please, No Personal Checks!
International buyers: Please prepay with international paypal OR international postal money order only. If you are not certain what it is, please email me.
Please pay within 2 days. If you require more time to pay, please contact me. Failure to pay for the items within the time frame (and without advanced request) - the items will go back on the catalog. If you repeatedly order and do not pay, none of your orders will be honored and you will be black listed.
Sorry. No returns. I describe everything as detailed as I could on the items listed. So please read through everything before you buy.
